Dundas & Wilson have announced that Craig McGinn, Graeme Macleod, Grigor Milne, and Mark Kirke have been assumed as partners with effect from 1st May 2012.
Dundas & Wilson state that these appointments will strengthen the teams, reinforce the firm’s relationships with existing clients and are expected to help the firm win new work in target areas:
• Craig McGinn works in both the London and Glasgow based banking team and has helped to develop the firm’s expertise in asset and invoice financing as well as general corporate banking.
• Graeme Macleod has played a key role in developing the litigation team’s status in Scotland and in building excellent relationships with key clients. It is expected that, as a new partner, he will be instrumental in developing Dundas & Wilson’s position with clients across the whole spectrum of commercial and financial services.
• Grigor Milne originally joined Dundas & Wilson in 1993 before returning in 2010. After working with the Murray Group for nearly 10 years, Grigor has a wide range of skills and connections with the business community in Scotland. It is expected, by the firm, that his appointment will help to grow the corporate team’s client base in the central belt of Scotland.
• Mark Kirke’s appointment will, it is stated, reinforce Dundas & Wilson’s relationship with energy & infrastructure clients and create new opportunities in the renewables sector. His appointment is expected to strengthen the firm’s expertise in the energy and infrastructure sector.
