Corporate Law Conference

The annual Corporate Law Conference returns on 13 June with an international theme. Reflecting the current market, the programme centres on foreign investment and the acquisition and disposal of businesses overseas by Scottish companies. The keynote presentation will be given by Gordon McKelvie (Group Legal Counsel, Baxters Food Group) who will share insights on his function, the role played by external lawyers and discuss the recent disposal of a Canadian business. The agenda also features an IP case study for corporate lawyers, a tax update and a case law round up.
