A new online event, produced in response to the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape for hospitality and licensed trade in Scotland, this panel session covers the latest developments in licensing law. Designed for both legal practitioners and operators in the licensed trade sector, expert speakers will address the Scottish Government restrictions and their impact. Topics to be covered include the industry bodies’ challenge to the legality of Government action, the potential judicial review process, the tier system, practical crisis management, moth balling venues and insurance aspects. The programme will also address elements of employment law, including furlough and the CJRS.
