The WS IP Conference offers a varied and lively technical update in IP law, policy and regulation. This year the keynote address will be give by The Honourable Lady Wolffe who will present her views from the bench on IP litigation in the Court of Session. The conference is chaired by Jim Cormack QC WS (Pinsent Masons), who will be joined by leading lawyers from the UK and internationally to examine legal and commercial IP issues and recent case law. The event is suitable for contentious and non-contentious specialists, in-house counsel and trade mark attorneys.
