Planning Law Panel

The annual planning law update will focus on the implementation of the recently enacted Planning (Scotland) Act 2019. A panel of experts will look at the roles and responsibilities of planning authorities, the house building industry, community interests and the part to be played by professional advisers. The panel session will be followed by the regular case law update, highlighting important decisions from the last year. The event is designed for planning, property, and commercial dispute resolution lawyers.
