Personal Injury Conference

This annual conference equips PI lawyers with the technical and legal knowledge to adapt to the latest changes in this area and to prepare for more. The Hon Lady Carmichael will give the keynote address. Lady Carmichael will offer her views from the bench on developments in personal injury actions and how practitioners can prepare themselves to best assist and maintain high standards. This year's programme also features a special session from acclaimed medical expert Angus MacLean, Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon. The regular updates on quantum and liability case law are also included.
