This year the WS Society and STEP Scotland are delighted to bring you another insightful conference, examining some of the most significant developments shaping the private client sector. Alongside expert-led presentations, the conference will feature panel discussions bringing together leading practitioners from across the profession. This event will explore a range of topical and evolving issues affecting clients and advisers alike, from the growing role of pre-nuptial agreements and the impact of the new inheritance tax residency rules on internationally mobile individuals, to developments in succession law and the increasing importance of pensions in estate and wealth planning.
